Hannah Kamara is a British Sierra Leonean, award-winning gospel musician, songwriter, worship leader, author and philanthropist, currently residing in Germany. With a mission to spread the gospel and empower others through her music, writing and charitable works, Hannah has established herself as a significant figure in the global gospel community.

Hannah’s journey in music began in 2016 with the release of her debut EP, “My Desire”. This EP encapsulated her life’s journey, blending both joy and sorrow to highlight God’s transformative power in any situation. One of the standout tracks from the EP, “Found My Voice”, resonated with listeners and charted at No. 7 on the UK Christian Charts, establishing Hannah as a rising star in the gospel music world. Her music is deeply rooted in her faith, with a guiding principle to preach the word of God and win souls through her heartfelt songs.

Her musical talents have earned her numerous accolades, including the Rising Star 2018/2019 award and the prestigious ‘International Outstanding Achievement Gospel Award 2020.’ In 2023, Hannah’s impact was further recognized when she won the award for Exceptional Gospel Artist, solidifying her status as a leading voice in the global gospel music scene. Premier Gospel’s Muyiwa Olarewaju has described her as “a fresh and prodigious voice for the UK gospel scene”.

Hannah Kamara’s performances have spanned across continents, gracing stages at high-profile events, including the RCCG Festival of Life at the London ExCeL Exhibition Centre, where she performed before an audience of 40,000. Her international performances have taken her to the USA, Finland, Germany and Amsterdam, where she continues to captivate audiences with her soulful and powerful voice at various church, corporate and private events.

In addition to her musical career, Hannah is also a published author. Her book, “Walking in Purpose”, is dedicated to helping women discover their God-given purpose. Through this work, she provides guidance and inspiration, empowering ladies to live out their faith and fulfill their unique callings.

Hannah’s commitment to women’s empowerment extends beyond her writing. She is the host and founder of the Ladies Summit and the Annual Ladies Conference, events that bring together women from diverse backgrounds to encourage, support, and inspire one another in their spiritual and personal journeys. These gatherings are designed to create a space for women to connect, share, and grow in their faith, fostering a community of purpose-driven individuals.

Her leadership also extends to organizing events such as “The Gospel Experience”, an annual gospel music concert that she founded in 2018. The concert, hosted in collaboration with C3 Church Hanau, aims to create an atmosphere of love, acceptance, and hope, where attendees can experience the transformative power of gospel music.

Beyond her musical and literary endeavors, Hannah is also deeply committed to philanthropy. In 2020, she and her mother co-founded B&H Hearts of Compassion, a charity dedicated to supporting the disabled, elderly, and orphaned in Sierra Leone. This initiative reflects their shared commitment to making a positive impact in their community and beyond.

Currently, Hannah Kamara is working on new music in the studio, continuously redefining her capabilities while maintaining her focus on sharing the gospel and winning souls for God.
