About Us
Ladies Summit is the annual global online gathering of Ladies of Purpose Ministry, founded by Hannah Kamara. Created to empower women to grow, flourish, and walk boldly in their God-given purpose, the summit brings together women from across the world joining from Africa, Europe, America, Asia, and beyond for a powerful time of connection, encouragement, and transformation.
The summit is faith-led and welcoming, designed to help women reset from past seasons, rise with renewed confidence, and rebuild their lives with clarity and direction. Each session includes a blend of uplifting worship, prayer and impartation, inspiring messages from pastors, and practical wisdom from marketplace leaders. Women are equipped to move forward in their faith, family, finances, future, and purpose.

Meet The Speakers
Apostle Francina Norman
Apostle Francina Norman is a prophetic voice whose ministry has contributed to the global expansion of the Kingdom of Heaven. Her grace and impact have continued to increase, and she was ordained as an Apostle on July 9, 2022.
Her work goes beyond traditional evangelical ministry, and through God’s help she has advanced Francina Norman Ministries worldwide with a remarkable anointing and a reputation for prophetic accuracy.
Apostle Norman has served as Apostolic counsel to heads of state, and her prophetic insight has impacted nations including the United States, United Kingdom, Nigeria, Kenya, and Ireland.
Her ministry accomplishments include hosting the nationally televised program “Francina & Friends,” a CBN podcast titled “Prophetic Protocol,” and leading Prophetic Intercession on one of the largest platforms on Clubhouse. Through that platform alone, over 4,000 people have been saved, a young girl was rescued from human trafficking, individuals have been helped out of domestic violence situations, and many have been healed and delivered. She has also served as a spiritual consultant to key personalities in the NFL and NBA.
While her prophetic gift has opened doors to presidents, prime ministers, and celebrities, Apostle Norman’s passion remains strongly anchored in serving local churches—both domestically and internationally. She has served faithfully in ministry for over 35 years and continues with unwavering devotion.
Apostle Francina Norman is the Co-Pastor of The Movement Church alongside her husband, international recording artist and producer Pastor Michael Norman. She is a mother of three and a grandmother of one (with more expected to come).
Lady Dentaa Amoateng MBE
Lady Dentaa Amoateng MBE is the Founder and CEO of GUBA Enterprise, a dynamic platform committed to the positive mobilisation of the African diaspora and the growth and sustainability of African businesses. Under her leadership, GUBA has expanded into multiple initiatives including the GUBA Awards, GUBA Expo, GUBA Foundation, GUBA Careers, GUBA Diaspora Card, and GUBA Health—all designed to celebrate excellence, create opportunities, and strengthen communities.
Widely recognised for her leadership, service, and impact, Lady Dentaa is known for building influential spaces that connect people, organisations, and nations. The GUBA Awards has been acknowledged as a community-building organisation with significant influence, helping to elevate African excellence and strengthen diaspora engagement.
In recognition of her contributions to improving UK–Africa relations and her ongoing community work, Lady Dentaa was awarded an MBE in Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s 2016 Birthday Honours.
Through her work, speaking, and advocacy, Lady Dentaa continues to inspire and empower individuals to lead with purpose, build sustainably, and create lasting impact across the world.
Brenda Palmer
Brenda Palmer is a bold voice where faith meets culture. She’s the bestselling author of The Journey of Yes: The Everyday Adventure of Radical Obedience and the host of the Life in Perspective podcast—a trusted space for navigating life with God. She’s also the founder of the Come Alive Collective, a movement helping people live fully awake to calling, obedience, and impact through both live and virtual gatherings.
Originally from Chicago and now based in LA, Brenda’s journey has always been about impact. She holds degrees from Mississippi Valley State University and Syracuse University and is currently earning her Master of Arts in Biblical and Theological Studies from Denver Seminary.
Before stepping into full-time ministry, Brenda built a career as a television and digital producer, and still carries a deep passion for impacting the entertainment industry for Jesus. Today, she disciples and mentors those called to that space, helping them walk in both purpose and obedience while navigating culture with conviction.
Whether she’s preaching, leading Bible studies, or creating powerful content, her mission is the same: help people say YES to God’s call. Known for her raw honesty and spiritual clarity, she challenges believers to move beyond passive faith and step into courageous obedience.
With a growing online community and a message rooted in truth, Brenda is a voice of hope—bridging faith and creativity in ways that move people and make a difference.
Apostle Marjorie Esomowei
Apostle Marjorie Esomowei is a certified Coach, Trainer and Speaker. She is the author of several books and study manuals. She is also a graduate of Economics from one of Nigeria’s premiere Universities, Ahmadu Bello University Zaria and an Elumni of the Oxford University Said School of Business. She is an Alumni of IMD, Institute of Management Development, Lausanne. Before joining her husband in full time Church Ministry, she was a very successful Investment Banker.
Marjorie is an ordained minister and Co-Pastor/ Founder of Triumphant Church International in London, England. She and her husband of over thirty-eight years, the Reverend Clem Esomowei, minister together, having Apostolic oversight of Churches and outreaches in the United Kingdom, Europe, South Africa and Nigeria. As a profound teacher of God’s word and a prophetic intercessor, her ministry is characterised by signs and miracles.
She is also the president and founder of the dynamic WISDOM FOR WOMEN INTERNATIONAL, (W4WI), the prolific WISE WOMEN AWARDS, STRICTLY PASTORS WIVES ROUND TABLE, ILEAD ICHANGE AND IINFLUENCE, which is the mentoring and coaching arm of W4WI.
A dynamic, proactive, ingenious and resourceful woman, Apostle Marjorie is a natural leader whose abilities have been enhanced with over forty years of being in leadership, both in the Ministry and the marketplace and this makes her a sought after International and National conference speaker.
Listed on the Keep the Faith magazine hall of twenty Most Influential Black Christian Women in Great Britain, Pastor Marjorie is a recipient of several awards and has made appearances on BBC, ITV, and many Christian TV, Radio channels and print media.
She is a loyal friend, mother, pastor, mentor and confidant to many.
Pastor Nikki Okedele
Pastor Nikki Okedele is the visionary founder of TTYM (Transforming Thoughts, Yielding Minds), a global Christian ministry established in 2016 and dedicated to spiritual growth and personal transformation through vibrant communities and powerful teaching.
With over 15 years of ministry experience and a heart for end-time revival, Pastor Nikki is passionate about helping people deepen their faith, renew their minds, and discover their purpose. She is also a healthcare professional, author, and teacher, known for messages that inspire transformation and empower believers to live meaningful, faith-filled lives.
Through TTYM, she leads thriving communities that serve different demographics, including Youth Alliance Global (YAG) for ages 5–30, Talitha Cumi Women Prayer Ministry, and Singled Out For Christ (SOFC)—creating spaces for discipleship, prayer, leadership development, and fellowship across the nations.
Hannah Kamara
Hannah Kamara is a British Sierra Leonean gospel musician, worship leader, author, businesswoman, and philanthropist. With a heart for empowering women and spreading the gospel, she founded the Ladies Summit and the Annual Ladies Conference to inspire and support women to grow in faith and walk boldly in purpose.
Hannah is the author of multiple books available on Amazon, including Walking in Purpose and Rise and Shine. She is also the co-founder of B&H Hearts of Compassion, a charity dedicated to supporting underprivileged communities in Sierra Leone. Through her music, writing, business ventures, and charitable work, Hannah continues to impact and inspire women worldwide.
